International Organization of Standardization (ISO 9001/2008) Certified

Safe Quality Food – Level 2 Certified Supplier

Safe Quality Food has been designed to provide organizations with a rigorous system to manage food safety risks, provides safe products and provide customers with a recognized food safety certification.

Our SQF 2000 level 2 certification allows that our food safety program (HACCP) and Quality System to be verified and validated throughout the food chain, increasing brand protection, consumer confidence and loyalty.

Interstate Milk Shippers (IMS) Certified

IMS certified facilities follow sanitation rules and policies established for the purpose of protecting the public from contaminated milk products. Jurisdiction applies not only to Grade A milk producers, but also to manufacturers whose materials are used to package such products.  PPT is in compliance with the FDA for Federal-State Cooperative Programs (Food Safety Section – Milk safety program).  PPT is certified and listed by the FDA – Federal-State Cooperative Program.

5S Lean

5S is a system to reduce waste and optimize productivity through maintaining an orderly workplace and using visual cues to achieve more consistent operational results.  The 5S pillars (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) provide a methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment.

GMI Certified Print Facility

GMI certifies, monitors and measures the performance of packaging suppliers on behalf of certain brand owners through print facility certification and scientific, repeatable measurement of global packaging. Working with clients, their product vendors & packaging suppliers to establish processes that effectively manage production, enhance packaging quality and build brand equity; GMI’s front-end certification program focuses on five components: Process Control and Documentation, Equipment Maintenance, Training Procedures, Operator Capability, Equipment Performance. GMI Onsite certification validates the required process controls and a supplier’s ability to deliver consistent results.
